Bent Street, Gold is Money and Future Stars advanced to the next round when the inaugural edition of the Rock Futsal Championship continued Tuesday evening at the National Gymnasium.

Bent Street battled past Vryheid’s Lust 3-1. The trident of Adrian Aaron, Cecil Jackman and Marcus Wilson made their presence felt with conversions in the sixth, 13th and 21st minute respectively. On target for Vryheid’s Lust in the loss was L. Roberts in the third minute.

 Similarly, Gold is Money downed Albouystown 4 – 2. Darren Benjamin fashioned a hat-trick in the 13th, 22nd, and 23rd minute while Micheal Oie found the back of the net in the sixth minute. Albouystown scorers were Dwayne James and Timothy Thomas who netted in the fourth and eighth minute respectively.

In another fixture, Future Stars edged Mocha 3 – 2. Lennox Young bagged a double in the 21st and 23rd minute whilst Keron Solomon netted in the 28th minute to seal the come-from-behind result. For the losers, Amos Ramsay and Rondel Smith found the back of the net in the 10th and 30th minute respectively.

 The winner of the tournament will pocket $500,000 and the championship trophy. On the other hand, the second, third, and fourth-place finishers will receive $250,000, $150,000, and $100,000 respectively.

 On the individual side, the Most Valuable Player (MVP) will receive one motorcycle. Similarly, a patron will receive one motorcycle on the night of the final. Below features the complete list of results.
