Carlton Peterson called ‘Robot’ a 38-year-old fisherman of Lima Housing Scheme, Essequibo Coast, was remanded to prison on Thursday last charged with breaking and entering and larceny.
According to a police press release, the act was committed against Abdool Hafeez of Lima New Housing Scheme, Essequibo Coast.
Peterson was arrested on Sunday last and appear-ed at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, via Zoom, before Magistrate Crystal Lambert, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded not guilty, and was remanded to prison until 2023-02-28.
