Glasgow, Washington score twice as ECD whips WD 5-0

East Coast Demerara, East Bank Demerara and Georgetown recorded convincing wins when the Tiger Rentals/Guyana Football Federation Boys U13 League continued yesterday at the National Training Centre, Providence.

East Coast Demerara mauled West Demerara 5-0 with Mark Glasgow and Malaki Washington netting twice.

Glasgow scored his double in the eighth and 15th minute and Washington his brace in the 20th and 40th minute. Adding a goal in the 50th minute was Kemuel Welcome.

Georgetown’s Enzo Matte also scored twice in his team’s 4-1 defeat of West Berbice 4-1.

  Matte bagged a double in the first and sixth minute whilst Fabio Kowlessar and Matheus Ramos added goals in the 40th and 51st minute respectively. For the losers, Jeremiah Bermer scored in the 53rd minute.

East Bank Demerara thrashed East Berbice 5-1. Samuel Tasher fashioned a double in the 41st and 58th minute, whilst Clifton Sampson, Michael Correia and Wayshawn Forde tallied goals in the sixth, 36th and 53rd minute respectively. On target in the loss in the 20th minute was Joshawn Marshall.
