Nelson also told the court that the defendant was previously placed on a bond to keep the peace for a matter of a similar nature. Duguid pleaded guilty to the offence committed on June 22nd and was fined $10,000 or one month imprisonment. He was also placed on a one-year bond or in default, will face six months imprisonment.
