Eligue Allicock, a 26 year-old miner of Annai Village, Region 9 was yesterday charged with the murder of Calvin Nelson at Honey Camp Backdam, Middle Mazaruni River.
Allicock appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Crystal Lambert where the charge was read to him. He was not required to plead and was remanded to prison. The matter was adjourned to 29th August, 2023.
