Twenty-four-year-old Nashana Chapman of Lot 132 Albert Street Albouystown, appeared before Magistrate Rhondell Weever on 14th August 2023, to answer to two charges that were laid against her.
It is alleged that on 26th July, at Albouystown, Georgetown, the defendant unlawfully assaulted Deshana Chapman. It is also alleged that on 26th July, at Albouystown, Georgetown, the defendant used abusive language to Deshana Chapman in breach of the peace.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the two charges. The Prosecutor did not object to bail which was set to the sum of $10,000. Chapman is expected to make her next court appearance on 4th September, 2023 for statements.
