Carlos Petterson-Grifith took his otherworldly strength prowess to Orlando, Florida this past weekend and finished on the podium in his debut at the World Strength Games.

According to the world renowned behemoth, he completed several feats of strength to finish third in his class, the men’s Open U-105kg division.

Some of the grueling tasks included the Farmer’s Deadlift, Yoke to Sandbag Medley, Log Presses, Sandbag to Shoulder, Yoke Presses, Husafell Carry for Time and Stone Over Bar.

The competition was not only about the strength of your body but also the strength of your mind and soul. Petterson-Grifith who has won numerous local and Regional Strongman competitions had to dig deeper than he ever did to earn a bronze medal.

The three-day Games brought some of the strongest, meanest and baddest men and women on the planet together to compete for the coveted tags of the World Strength Games Champions.

In excess of 200 gladiators from several countries competed.

Petterson-Grifith who has competed with distinction on the powerlifting platform worldwide, stated however that the Strong Man competitions are growing on him.
