Today, a lucky Caribbean Premier League (CPL) fan will have the chance to compete against a visiting CPL player in an e Sports game of cricket and win a 50-inch TV.
The TCL-Courts challenge will start at 10:00 a.m. today at the mega store on Main Street as part of Courts’ ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations, a release from Courts said.
More than 250 fans responded to the request for participants in this challenge. A winner was to be chosen yesterday. The victor will compete in a PS5 cricket match against up-and-coming Guyanese and West Indian bowler Ashmead Nedd. The winner will take home a brand-new 50-inch SMART HD television set if they defeat the professional. Additionally, spectators and consumers will be able to benefit from huge discounts on TCL televisions and a free Nintendo Switch with certain TV purchases, as well as a 30% discount on all gaming peripherals, including controls and gaming headphones.
Courts will also organize a number of events on the day as the 30th anniversary celebrations reach their peak.
Through a “spin the wheel” promotion, in-store consumers will have the opportunity to win prizes and meet some of the CPL players.
