Beacons defeated Rising Stars 1-0 to capture the Randy Adams Memorial football competition Saturday evening at the Community Centre ground.
Following a scoreless first half, Shaquille Hopkinson found the back of the net in the 71st minute to settle the outcome.
Meanwhile, Rivers View defeated Potaro Strikers 1-0 in the third-place playoff. The event was staged by Beacons FC in association with the Bartica Football Association in memory of former player and club executive Adam Adams, who passed away in 2022.
