The case against a Vigilance Squatting Area man accused of firing a gun with intent at a woman was yesterday dismissed after the complainant said she did not wish to proceed.
The police say that Ryan Adams, called ‘Wuk Wild’, 31, was arrested on 2023-09-24 and charged yesterday with the offence of discharging a loaded firearm with intent, committed on a 23-year-old female on 2023-08-31 at Buxton Middle Walk, ECD.
Adams appeared at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Fabayo Azore, where the charge was read to him, and he pleaded not guilty.
The victim then said that she did not wish to proceed with the matter.
