Thirty-one-year-old Rondell Bellamy, a construction worker, of Lot 61 Middle Street, Buxton, East Coast Demerara, appeared yesterday before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court where he was charged with discharging a loaded firearm with intent.
It is alleged that on September 01, Bellamy discharged a loaded fire-arm with intent at Ashanti Andrews, 20, of Vigilance, East Coast Demerara.
However, the 20-year-old complainant yesterday indicated to the court that she did not wish to proceed with the matter and the case was dismissed.
