Banks DIH Circle Tennis Club recorded a nail biting win yesterday over Cyril Potter College of Education Rising Stars (CPCE) in their Pinktober All Female Circle Tennis match at Thirst Park.

CPCE Rising Stars, batting first scored 167 – 5  with skipper Ashana Trim, 36, Tiffany Rampersaud, 35, Shalisa Messiah, 20 and Louisa Mendonca, 18, the principal scorers.

In reply Banks DIH Circle Tennis Club recorded a last ball victory reaching 172 – 4 with player of the match, Shemeeza Gonsalves Abrams hitting 53, Sheena Stewart 32 and Sonya Forrester 15.

The match was organized by Alister Munroe of the Department of Sport.
