Commissioner of Police Clifton Hicken yesterday expressed condolences to the grieving family of retired Assistant Commissioner Brian Joseph who died on Friday night at the St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Georgetown.
A release from the police said that Joseph joined the Guyana Police Force in 1982. From then to the time of his retirement in 2017, he served in many capacities within the organisation, including Divisional Commander.
