Dear Editor,
I visited the Riaz computer store on Church Street on Monday and was so pleasantly surprised that I had to check to see if I was still in Guyana.
The young, smartly dressed, multi-ethnic staff were courteous from the door.
They used electronic means of collecting my order through tablets and relayed this to the cashier. You can use a credit card! It was almost like being in an Apple Store. They lost minor points for the paper receipt.
Congrats to the management of this store. Seeing a Guyanese business evolving and having some customer service standards was refreshing.
