Constable Ronald Fraser, who has been performing in the Traffic department at the Traffic Headquarters, Eve Leary, as a key outrider was yesterday recognised for his sterling performance and commitment to the job.
Fraser, who celebrated his birthday yesterday, received his award from Sergeant Ulene Morris on behalf of the Traffic Chief, Senior Superintendent Mahendra Singh. Constable Fraser has been serving the Guyana Police Force for the past eight years.
