Dear Editor,
A friend of one of my daughters spotted this floral tribute to Dr. Cheddi Jagan last Friday on her visit to the Singapore Botanical Garden. Claudette and I spent a full morning at the garden in 2002 but we did not notice it. Had I known that it existed I would have asked our guide to locate it for us. There are literally thousands of live orchids there, most in a special orchid conservatory, supposedly the largest and finest display of orchids in the world. I hope you enjoy the picture as much as I do.
