On Friday evening in Accra, Ghana, Prime Minister of Mozambique, Adriano Maleiane, presented Guyana’s President Irfaan Ali, with the Global Africa Leadership Award for his “transformational” leadership.

At the Africa Prosperity Champions Awards Ceremony and Presidential Gala Dinner ceremony, held in the West African Country, the Guyanese President was lauded for his “unwavering dedication to promoting inclusive development” through his ‘One Guyana’ political philosophy and for protection against neo-colonialism and “unwarranted foreign aggression.”

The Africa Prosperity Network, which facilitated the event is an independent and non-profit organisation committed towards the creation of prosperity for Africans through the establishment of platforms for partnerships between political and business leaders, Pan-African thought leaders, and civil society in that continent.
