In an unexpected move, the Flying Ace Cycle Club, the organisers of the annual Mashramani Day People’s Choice Pawn Shop Cycling Road Race, announced that the event, originally scheduled to take place today in New Amsterdam, Berbice, has been postponed until a later date.
According to the club, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to make the difficult decision to reschedule the event. The new date for the People’s Pawnshop Road Race will be communicated as soon as possible once arrangements have been finalized. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.”
