Three persons were charged yesterday in relation to simple larceny on the Anirud Construction Firm between March 24th and 28th, 2024, at Great Diamond New Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara.
Dianand Mangroo, a 50-year-old security guard from Skeldon, Corentyne Berbice, was arrested on 2024-03-28. Charran Dhunmun, a 27-year-old mechanic from Tuschen, East Bank Essequibo, and Thakour Mangal, a 33-year-old operator from Springlands, Corentyne, were both arrested on 2024-03-29.
They were all jointly charged with simple larceny.
They appeared yesterday at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrate’s Court #2 before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman, where the charge was read to them. They all pleaded not guilty. Bail was granted in the sum of $100,000 each. The matter was adjourned to 2024-04-29.
