Luccilla Simpson, 35, a cook of Lot 422 Back Street, Grove, East Bank Demerara, who was arrested on April 12, 2024 for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking has been placed on bail.
The defendant appeared at the Diamond/Grove Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Sunil Scarce yesterday. She pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $600,000.
Her matter has been adjourned to May 30, 2024.
