Biden urges Putin war crimes trial after Bucha killings

WASHINGTON,  (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden today accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of war crimes and called for a trial, adding to the global outcry over civilian killings in the Ukrainian town of Bucha as more graphic images of their deaths emerged.

Global outcry at “war crime” killings near Kyiv as fighting shifts east

BUCHA, Ukraine,  (Reuters) – Global outrage spread today at civilian killings in north Ukraine where tied bodies shot at close range, a mass grave and other signs of executions were found in a town retaken from Russian troops, as the focus of the conflict shifted elsewhere.

NICIL to blame for reporting gap on Marriott – Auditor General

Auditor General Deodat Sharma says that auditing of the financials of Atlantic Hotel Inc (AHI) for the years 2016 to 2021 is ongoing but his office is not to be blamed for the seven-year blackout as the process was delayed because the documents it had requested from the National Industrial and Commercial Investments Limited (NICIL) were not forthcoming.
