Dear Editor, Guyana and Belize have a lot in common. Belize is the only English-speaking country in Central  America while the Co-operative Republic is the only English-speaking state in South America. 

Embankment road is full of potholes

Dear Editor Is anyone watching? Today, as I traversed the Embankment Road between LBI and Georgetown I was appalled to note that this major road is replete with potholes (craters).
