Dear Editor, The position of Regional Executive Officer (REO) in the ten administrative regions was advertised by the Ministry of Communities, no doubt in a vain attempt by the APNU+AFC government, and more specifically its Minister of Communities, to convince the Guyanese people that this is part of the change leading to the good life.

Grove bridge in poor condition

Dear Editor, At the end of Tank Street (so-called because a large tank is stored there) on the eastern side of the Grove Public Road there is a wooden bridge between Grove Scheme and Samatta Point.
