Dead is Dargan Campbell of Lot 134 Durabana Square, Lamaha Gardens. There were no marks of violence on his body and no signs of forced entry to his home. Nothing appears to be missing and no one in the area recalled seeing anything suspicious before the body was found.
His son, Winston Campbell told this newspaper last evening that on Tuesday night around 9:30, neighbours contacted his uncle saying that he had not been seen since that morning.

He said that when his uncle arrived he had to jump the fence and despite numerous calls he got no response at the door and he could not gain entry into the home.

Winston said that the uncle contacted him and they went to the house the following morning and still there were no signs of life in the house and they could not gain entry.

After contacting the police, ranks went to the home sometime after 3 pm and gained entry through an open window. They later found the elder Campbell dead on his bed.

The man stated that there appeared to be no foul play in his father’s death and sometime before he passed away he had some drinks as there were open bottles on a table.

According to Winston, he suspects that his father succumbed to hypertension as he had been troubling with that ailment for some time.
