With the countdown underway to the opening ceremony of the mega cricket event, Cricket World Cup (CWC) 2007, National Communications Network (NCN) will be broadcasting a series of programmes entitled “Cricket Countdown”.
The series will reflect on previous tournaments between 1975-2003 with the hope of arousing further interest in the upcoming CWC. The first installment will be aired today and tomorrow from 13:00 hrs.
NCN in a press release stated that the series is coordinated by Edwin Seeraj and is sponsored by GT&T Cellink Plus, Banks DIH Ltd, Gizmos and Gadgets and Sterling Products Ltd.
