Dear Editor,
In the upper Cuyuni river area there was a Venezuelan army incursion to destroy dredges working in the river, though it was evident that the dredges were in Guyanese territory.
In Lethem, visiting Vene-zuelans have been saying that Lethem is part of their country and that it is only a matter of time before they take it back.
Is there a long term plan by the Venezuelans to intimidate us into giving up our land?
