The Guyana Defence Force in a press release has stated emphatically that wanted man Rondell Rawlins was never a member of the army.
The release responded to an inference in a letter published in the Kaieteur News on Monday, January 28 that Rawlins was a former member of the GDF. The army said a thorough investigation of all records proved he was never such.
Rawlins also known as `Fineman’ is wanted in relation to a series of murders. A $30 million reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
