Brother hassled since being turned back at Trinidad airport

Dear Editor,

My brother Claremonte Chester from Dartmouth, Essequibo was turned back from Trinidad for some reason or the other and was in the hands of the CID at Eve Leary and the police put him in the Brickdam lockups for three days. He was released on $10,000 bail and they held on to his passport. He has business to conduct and cannot do so because that is the only form of ID he has. They always have him going today tomorrow, next week.

Yours faithfully,

Shellon Chester
