MVP Alves helps Police arrest MHA and GPS

Tournament Most Valuable Player (MVP) Dale Alves helped the Guyana Police Force (GPF) arrest the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and the Guyana Prison Service (GPS) in the final of the Ministry of Home Affairs Inter-Agency dominoes competition played recently.

Alves chalked up the maximum 18 games and, together with Lloyd Meusa (14) and Martin Pestano Bell and Michael Smith with 13 games each saw GPF to 75 games and clear winners.

Orin Norville with 15 games and Andre Niles 13 enabled MHA to finish as runners-up whilst Neal Elliot scored 14 games for GPS who ended in the cellar  position with 52 games.

The lone love birds were Earl Keizer (GPF) and Daniel Granderson (GPS).

The presentation of prizes won in the competition which was sponsored by Andre Howard will take place today at MHA from 16:00hrs.
