Cell Phone Shack, Mohamed Enterprises on board

-19th Kashif and Shanghai football tournament
Two city businesses, Mohamed Enterprises and Cell Phone Shack yesterday came on board as sponsors of the 19th annual Kashif and Shanghai football tournament which will run from December 14-January 1, 2009.

Cell Phone Shack has been supporting the event ever since they were established seven years ago and yesterday, they presented the Kashif and Shanghai Organization with eight cell phones, a beautiful big trophy and an undisclosed amount of cash.
According to co-managing director Zameer Alli, the cell phones, two of which were presented to the organisers and six others, will go towards several door prizes which will be up for grabs in the  tournament.

Alli and his partner Christopher LowKoon both said that they were pleased once again to be associated with the tournament and will continue their support as the years roll by.

Meanwhile, over at Mohamed Enterprises, the company presented the organisers with 24 trophies and an undisclosed sum of cash.
Apart from Banks DIH, Mohamed Enterprises is the tournament’s longest running sponsor having been behind the organisation for the past 18 years and they have mentioned that their sponsorship towards the event is unending.

The Kashif and Shanghai football tournament is one of the longest running sporting event to date in Guyana and is also said to be the most prestigious football event in the country.
