‘Bull Eye’ escapes from Mazaruni Prison

Police are seeking the help of the public to recapture a convicted prisoner who escaped from the Mazaruni Prison last Monday.

Neville Williams called `Bull Eye’, 36, is serving a three-year sentence for larceny, police said in a press release yesterday afternoon.

According to the police release, the convict escaped around 16:20 hrs while working on the stock farm along with other prisoners.

He is of mixed ethnicity and has a knife tattoo on his right arm and a scar on his right side chest. His last known addresses are Charity, Essequibo and West Ruimveldt, Georgetown.

Anyone with information that may lead to the recapture of Williams is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers; 225-6411, 771-5004, 225-6941, 227-1149, 225-8196, 911 or the nearest police station.

All information will be treated with strict confidence, the release added.
