Rusal’s donation, which was presented to co-director of the organization, Kashif Muhammad, will go towards the general staging of the tourney. Chief Financial Accountant of the company, Andrey Gurin, stated that the company made a commitment to Guyana that any event which involves social life they will be willing to support.
“We are pleased to make this donation to support the sport of football because we know since in Russia, football is a good sport, so it is an honour for us to be associated with the tournament.”
Muhammad said his organisation was thankful for the continued support over the years from Rusal.
“We do appreciate the support from Rusal and we look forward to a lengthy partnership with them in the future,” Muhammad declared.
