The police say that during investigations into reports of threats made on a woman by a man with whom she had recently ended a relationship, they found two magazines and five rounds at Ogle Street, Friendship, ECD, at about 0630h yesterday.
Police said that the suspect had gone to the home on two occasions earlier and threatened to kill the woman but managed to flee on both occasions when the police responded.
During a subsequent search for the suspect at a house at Middle Walk, Buxton, the police say they found 1kg 46 grams of marijuana. A man has been arrested and is in police custody.
Investigations are in progress.
