Police are currently on the hunt for Sherwin Bobb who escaped from the Camp Street Prison yesterday around 13:00 hrs.
Reports about how the man managed to escape are still sketchy but acting Police Commissioner, Leroy Brumell, when questioned about the incident by this newspaper last evening, gave confirmation. He was however unable to provide further details. Brumell said the prisoner will be captured.
Bobb’s escape comes two weeks after he was remanded to prison for the possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
