Scotiabank/Pepsi Female All Stars has chosen 19 women and seven teams to continue training for selection to the team for the local competition, the CFU under-17 and under-20 tournaments of 2013.
Training resumes tomorrow at the GFC Ground, Bourda under the watchful eyes of Coach Joseph ‘Bill’ Wilson and Assistant Coach Andrea Fredericks.
A press release from the Guyana Football Federation says the 19 players selected are: Keisha Gordon, Jonnelle Browne, Althea Holligan, Gabriella English, Mariska Corbin, Alliyah Stanley, Cindy McPherson, Tamika Prescod, Shuanna Taylor, Dacia Brandt, Tasnica Lovell, Treola Elliot, Troyann Barton, Deborah Waldron, Dacia Norville, Natifa Marville, Alicia Simpson, Tallibah Taylor and Shani McClintock. The women were drawn from North Georgetown, Campbellville, Tucville, East Ruimveldt Secondary, Tutorial and the North Ruimveldt secondary schools.
