Ray Thomas was yesterday released on $30,000 bail after he pleaded not guilty to an indecent exposure charge, when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
It was alleged that between December 1 and 31, 2012, Thomas, of Roxanne Burnham Gardens, exposed his private parts to a nine-year-old girl at Laing Avenue.
The matter was prosecuted by Police Corporal Seon Blackman who had no objections to bail.
He was granted bail in the sum of $30,000. The matter continues on May 3.
