The second round of group stage matches in the inaugural Guyana Beverage Company Busta Football tourney continues today with six programmed fixtures at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground, Bourda. Rescheduled from yesterday due to the inclement weather, the opening fixture at 19:00hrs will witness Broad Street facing off with Durban Street while Back Circle will tackle Globe Yard from 19:45hrs. The third fixture will witness Festival City facing off with Tucville from 20:30hrs whilst the fourth fixture will pit Albouystown against North East La Penitence from 21:00hrs. In the final two fixtures, West Front Road-Gold is Money will tackle Cross Street at 21:45hrs while Bent Street will oppose Hope Street-Tiger Bay from 22:30hrs
Victors of the tourney will receive the championship trophy and $600,000. Meanwhile the second, third and fourth placed sides will receive $300,000, $200,000 and $100,000 respectively and the respective accolade.
