TTFA in search for new general secretary after Phillips is sacked

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, CMC – The Trinidad and Tobago FA are searching for a new general secretary after Sheldon Phillips was axed earlier this week.In a release, the TTFA said Phillips was asked by president Raymond Tim Kee to resign but refused and was subsequently relieved of his duties.

This was a decision taken by the President of the TTFA, Mr Raymond Tim Kee, following the issuing of a letter to Phillips requesting his resignation on Monday evening,” the TTFA statement said.

“Mr Phillips subsequently refused the request following which his services were terminated by the President with immediate effect.”
