Initially slated to be held on Saturday January 30th at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) pavilion, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Guyana Hockey Board (GHB) has been officially rescheduled.
According to a release from the entity’s President Phillip Fernandes, the forum has been postponed to Saturday February 20th at the same locale due to scheduling conflicts.
The Agenda for the forum will include, the President’s report, the Secretary’s report, the Auditor’s Report – 2014/15 Accounts, the Election of Office bearers for 2016/2017, the Election of Auditors and any other business.
Presently, the executives of the GHB are President Philip Fernandes, Secretary Tricia Fiedtkou, Vice-Presidents Ivor Thompson and Rawl Dawson, Treasurer Devin Hooper, Assistant/Secretary Treasurer Janelle Webster and Committee Members Gail Harding and Brian Asregado.
