Santos, Tigers still unbeaten

Santos FC and Western Tigers continued their unbeaten run in the Georgetown Football Association (GFA) Stag Beer Division one League downing Flamingo and Beacons respectively on Tuesday.

Played at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground, Bourda, Santos overcame Flamingo FC by a 1-0 margin. Job Caesar was the difference on the night as he netted from the penalty mark.

Tasked with the responsibility from the mark following a clumsy challenge, the diminutive attacker placed his right footed effort into the lower left corner, giving the custodian no chance.
