Cops probing PPP MP over alleged shooting threat

The police are currently investigating a report of threatening behaviour made about a week ago against People’s Progressive Party Member of Parliament Nigel Dharamlall and the case file has since been sent to the Chambers of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for legal advice.

Retooled draft ministerial code submitted to PM

Minister of Natural Resources Raphael Trotman yesterday handed over a “re-worked” draft of the code of conduct for government officials and Members of Parliament to Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo, who announced that the next move is to seek to incorporate it into the integrity legislation although there is no timeframe for when the process will be completed.

Male b/ball squad reduced to 18 players

Learning from the flag-raising fiasco
