Christianburg/Wismar, Vergenoegen and Friendship secured easy wins when the 7th Milo Secondary Schools Football Championships continued yesterday at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue.

Christianburg/Wismar mauled St. John’s 7-0. Andre Mayers tallied a hat-trick in the 41st, 42nd and 45th minute.

He was assisted by goals from Wayne Wilson, Keron Sharpe, Randy Pickering and Hiram Gilkes in the seventh, 15th, 48th and 60th minute respectively.

Meanwhile, Vergenoegen dismantled Tutorial High 3-0. Rivaldo Smith, Chris Smith and Ray Adams scored in the 16th, 40th and 44th minute respectively.

In another fixture, Friendship downed Ann’s Grove 2-0. Dornell McLennon and Shane Harper scored in the 37th and 52nd minute respectively.
