CANU yesterday morning swooped down on a house at Number Two Village, East Canje Berbice and arrested an ex police detective and his partner after they were found with a quantity of cannabis.
The ex-police detective, Khushyal Grant, 28, was arrested along with the other occupant and they have since been transported to the Cus-toms Anti-Narcotic Unit (CANU) headquarters.
