Plaisance Young Warriors defeated Back Street Boys to clinch the inaugural Better Hope U13 Inter-Block Football Championship on Saturday at the Better Hope ‘Four Corner’.
The Young Warriors prevailed by a 1-0 scoreline. Justin Williams, the event’s eventual Most Valuable Player [MVP] recipient recorded the fixture’s only conversion.
With the win, Plaisance Young Warriors walked away with the championship trophy and medals. On the other hand, the loser pocketed the corresponding accolade and medals.
Meanwhile, the other teams that competed in the event were Upsetters and Better Hope Ballers.
