The Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation [GABF] one-night exhibition tournament dubbed ‘Battleground’, will resume today at the Burnham Court, Middle and Carmichael Streets.
This was disclosed by Michael Singh, President of the GABF.
In the opening match, University of Guyana (UG) Trojans will oppose Plaisance Guardians in the U23 section at 16:30hrs.
This will be followed by Eagles against Pepsi Sonics from 18:00hrs in a second-division encounter.
In the feature clash from 20:00hrs, Pacesetters will lock horns against Kobras in a first-division matchup.
Singh during a prior interview disclosed that the event is being used as a platform to keep the players active ahead of their respective association tournaments and leagues.
