“First of all I am happy to captain the Franchise again, I think we have a good bunch of guys and we are well balanced. We have most of the guys returning from last year, the inclusion of David Williams, who I played club cricket with and I know he will be a good addition to the team,” Adams said.

The 26-year-old left handed batsman noted that when the team plays their first practice game tomorrow at the Meten-Meer-Zorg ground, they will look to spend each moment building on that unity which is integral as well as get back into the groove of playing as a team.

Also in the squad is West Indies all-rounder, Keemo Paul but it is unlikely he will be available for the first round due to commitments with the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the Caribbean Premier League.
