The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) has released the weekend cricket fixtures which will see the continuation of the Noble House Seafoods second-division two-day competition and the New Building Society (NBS) second-division 40-over competition, respectively.
On Saturday the commencement of a two-day tussle between the Transport Sports Club (TSC) and Police will headline the weekend’s white-ball competition while GNIC and the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) will go head-to-head at the Muslim Youth Organisation (MYO) in the other encounter. The first ball in those two-day fixtures bowl off from 10:30hrs.
Meanwhile, Saturday’s action in the NBS 40-overs tournament will include a match-up between Ace Warriors and Bel Air Rubis at QC while an exciting contest between the Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) and the University of Guyana (UG) is set to play out at MSC.
The red-hot Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO) will face host the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) on Saturday as well.
The Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) and Everest will clash in Sunday’s lone fixture.
