Bakewell Guyana has joined the growing list of sponsors supporting the Guyana Football Federation [GFF] Super 16 championships, presenting a cheque for an undisclosed sum towards the successful staging of the competition at the entity’s Triumph location.
According to a press release from the GFF, General Manager, Rajin Ganga, presented the cheque on behalf of the company to GFF boss Wayne Forde.
Ganga during brief remarks, stated that the company is pleased to continue the long-standing tradition of supporting the development of the sport, adding that late owner Naeem Nasser would have been happy to support the sport which he loved and invested in during his lifetime. Forde thanked the company for its continued commitment and investment, adding that the entity has displayed over the years a true commitment to sports development in Guyana.
