A window of the vehicle driven by United Nations Resident Coordinator Mikiko Tanaka was last night smashed by a robber and two laptops stolen.

Stabroek News understands that Tanaka had parked her vehicle in Waterloo Street and was in a meeting with the Private Sector Commission elections command centre when the attack occurred.

The matter has been reported to the police.
