The Board of Directors of Sterling Products Limited has postponed its annual general meeting scheduled for April 23 until further notice.
In a recent release, Sterling Products Limited acknowledged that the decision was taken as a measure to preserve public health and safety, “in a bid to prevent further spread of the virus through social gatherings.” It meanwhile assured that there will be an ongoing monitoring of the situation with a view to setting a new date for the annual general meeting.
The Company urges members of the public to follow all advisories issued by the health authorities and to take all precautions to protect themselves from the coronavirus.
